Blue Skin, Colloidal Silver, Dr. Becker Candidate's Skin Turns Blue After Drink. As one of the Most Popular stories on Yahoo, many people have read this, but may not be aware of the history of Colloidal Silver and why he took this. It all dates back to a misreading of Dr. Becker's The Body Electric. People have misused his research to promote this funny "cure-all" and caused many problems. I've corresponded with a nice lady who is in touch with Dr. Becker and has a site about the dangers of Colloidal Silver. I'll try to dig the link up... All colloidal silvers are not created equal and some do cause argyria. I have been drinking a half bottle a day of the Solutions IE brand of Colloidal Silver Plus for 2 1/2 years now and have no bluing of the skin.
